Hi, I’m Lorraine 👋I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by stress, long hours & gut symptoms that never seem to shift. For nearly 20 years I worked as a Senior Technical Manager overseas before retraining as a Hormone Health Coach.I also live with an autoimmune disease. For years I was passed from specialist to specialist, prescribed steroids & painkillers that only masked symptoms while making the root cause worse. It was only when I began addressing my Gut health that things shifted. Through the very program I now share with my clients, I no longer rely on medication & I don’t live with daily symptoms.  Now I support busy everyday women to uncover the root causes of their digestive & hormone symptoms so they can take back control of their energy, balance & confidence.I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. My coaching is about small, sustainable steps that work in your real life.
