Women’s Health Education for Organisations

(Virtual workshops – single sessions or 2–3 part women’s health series)

With new UK employment reforms encouraging organisations to introduce Menopause Action Plans, many businesses are recognising the importance of supporting women’s health in the workplace.

Under the Employment Rights Bill, organisations with 250+ employees are expected to begin publishing Menopause Action Plans from 2026, with wider implementation anticipated by 2027. These plans outline how employers support employees experiencing perimenopause and menopause.

I offer educational workshops for organisations covering topics including gut health, hormone health, menopause and metabolic wellbeing, helping teams better understand the connection between health, performance and long-term wellbeing.

Food & Drink Intolerance Test (Blood – IgG)

What is this test?

This test looks at delayed immune reactions (IgG) to different foods & drinks. These reactions can build up slowly and show up as bloating, joint pain, skin flare-ups, fatigue or low mood.

How do I test?

You’ll receive a simple blood sample kit with clear instructions. Just a quick finger-prick sample is all that’s needed.

What’s tested?

A wide panel of foods & drinks (286 items)  — covering common triggers like dairy, gluten, yeast, nuts, grains, fruits & more.

When will I receive the results?

Your results are usually ready within 10–14 working days of receipt of sample.

What happens next?

We’ll go through your personalised report together & map out which foods to remove, rotate or reintroduce.

Food & Drink Reaction Test (Blood – IgE & IgG)

What is this test?

This combines both immediate (IgE) & delayed (IgG) reactions, giving a full picture of how your immune system responds to foods.

How do I test?

A quick, at-home finger-prick blood test kit that you send off to the lab.

What’s tested?

A broad list of foods & drinks — covering both “classic” allergies (IgE) like peanuts or shellfish, and slower intolerances (IgG) that can show up days later.

When will I receive the results?

Results are usually available within 10–14 working days from receipt of sample.

What happens next?

We’ll review your report together, highlight immediate allergies to avoid & pinpoint slower intolerances.  We’ll go through your personalised report together & map out which foods to remove, rotate or reintroduce.

Stool Test (Stool Sample)

What is this test?

A stool test gives a detailed snapshot of your gut microbiome, the balance of good vs. harmful bacteria & digestive function. 

How do I test?

You’ll receive a kit with everything you need to take a small stool sample at home. It’s then sent to the lab for analysis.

What’s tested?

The diversity of your gut bacteria, Macronutrient Metabolism, Gut-Brain, Skin, Heart, Liver, Joint - Axis' 

When will I receive the results?

Lab turnaround is usually around 2–3 weeks upon receipt of sample.

What happens next?

A wee bit about me

Hi, I’m Lorraine
I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by stress, long hours & gut symptoms that never seem to shift. For nearly 20 years I worked as a Senior Technical Manager overseas before retraining as a Hormone Health Coach.I also live with an autoimmune disease. For years I was passed from specialist to specialist, prescribed steroids & painkillers that only masked symptoms while making the root cause worse. It was only when I began addressing my Gut health that things shifted. Through the very program I now share with my clients, I no longer rely on medication & I don’t live with daily symptoms.  Now I support women to uncover the root causes of their digestive & hormone symptoms so they can take back control of their energy, balance & confidence.I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions.
